1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and TradeCraft (“TradeCraft”, “we”, “us”) governing your access to and use of our website, applications, and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract and to trade in the relevant markets. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is permitted under the laws that apply to you and complies with the rules of your broker and applicable regulators.

3. What TradeCraft is — and is not

TradeCraft is a technology tool. It lets you design strategies, run historical backtests, deploy automated logic, and mirror (copy) trades from a designated master account to one or more connected mirror accounts, based entirely on instructions you configure.

Orders are executed by your connected brokers, not by TradeCraft. Your relationship with each broker is governed by that broker’s own agreements.

4. Your account and broker connections

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

Authorisation to place orders

When you connect a broker account and enable a strategy or mirror trading, you authorise TradeCraft to place, mirror, and manage orders on that account according to the configuration you set, until you disable it or disconnect the account. You are solely responsible for reviewing your configuration and for the resulting orders and positions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, market manipulation, or in breach of any exchange, broker, or regulatory rule.
• Access another user’s account or credentials without authorisation.
• Interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to place orders you are not authorised or funded to place.

6. Fees

Linking more than two broker accounts requires a pack of extra accounts, bought with a one-time payment for a fixed period. The price, the number of accounts and the pack’s end date are shown before you pay, and nothing renews automatically. When a pack ends, accounts over your limit are locked until you buy another. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Brokerage, exchange, statutory, and other charges levied by your broker or regulators are separate and are your responsibility.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by TradeCraft and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the strategies and configurations you create; you grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate them for you.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that backtest or historical results will be accurate or predictive.

Automated and mirror trading depend on factors outside our control, including broker and exchange availability, market conditions, network latency, and data provided by third parties. Orders may be delayed, partially filled, rejected, or executed at prices different from those on the master account.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeCraft and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeCraft from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your trading activity, or your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law or broker or regulatory rule.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required for security or legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
